The UNIFER Equipment is a support system for permanently illuminated railway signals, developed by RFI in collaboration with NTET and manufactured in Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester Resin (G.F.R.P.).
The solution is designed for installation along railway lines, both in open track and in tunnels, and meets the safety, durability and reduced maintenance requirements of modern railway infrastructures.
The use of fibreglass eliminates corrosion phenomena, removes the need for earthing of the structures and provides a significant weight reduction compared to traditional metal solutions.
